Over a foot of new snow last night back in the campground and parking lot at the end of the groomed trail. Rolled the skate track and set the classic track, but by the time I finished it had about 3 inches of new snow. The track is very soft. Have a great day out there!!! The road coming into the parking lot from Ski Hill Road is in pretty good shape by the way.

Packed out Tuesdays snow with the roller. No classic track set yet, snow is supposed to be on the way tonight and I'll try to get out early tomorrow and reset everything.

Rolled out the 4" of heavy, wet snow this morning. It seemed to pack down really well. As soon as the temperature drops, it should be in good shape.
I also set the classic track which looked sweet.

I'm on my way to groom the track with the intention of packing down the new snow before it sets up. Conditions out there will be variable at best.
Parking: at the Ice Arena or in the plowed area near the Bike Park to access the track. Mutt Mitts for dog waste can be found at the northern end of the track near the park's picnic pavilion.
Remember: Texas has Friday night lights and Victor has TUESDAY night LIGHTS...on for night skiing, 6PM til 9PM

Groomer Comments
Packed down a lot of new wet snow on the off chance it doesn't precipitate several inches tonight (Tue). The track is soft right now but will be perfect if several factors align: no significant deposit tonight in Driggs; cold temps and wind carrying light crystals don't manifest as all forecasts seem to indicate. Be proactive like Larry Y. Ski it when you can.
